Patricia Sutton . 5574 Paseo Navarro Pleasanton, Ca. 94566 Large Family Daycare Conditional Use Permit Written Narrative I am applying for a "Large Family Day Care" license to be operated at my home, 5574 Paseo Navarro, Pleasanton, Ca. 94566. I am currently licensed for up to 8 children. Two of my customers are pregnant and have asked if I would be able to care for their new children in hopes that the siblings could stay together. Hours of proposed operation: 7:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday. I will be operating the day care personally along with one employee. Assuming ten hours of day care, there will be three hours spent outside (weather permitting) and seven hours spent inside. There is ample parking in front of the facility for drop off and pick up. There is actually room to park six vehicles in our driveway and along the front of our property line and plenty more parking, immediately across the street. My employee will park in my driveway, adjacent to my vehicle. I am planning to care for up to fourteen children lAW The City of Pleasanton's regulations. Most children will be dropped off in the morning between 7:30 and 8:30AM and picked up between 4:30 and 5:30PM. Areas that will be accessible to the children are clearly illustrated on the attached "Floor Plan" and "Site Plan". Inside areas accessible to the children are shown on the Floor Plan with a circled "C". Those areas include the entry, the family room, the bedroom and the attached bathroom.
