Hazardous Materials Use. Staraee, and Waste Treatment: <br /> <br />If hazardous materials are to be used in any one of the eight buildings covered by this approval, <br />the property owner or tenant shall comply with the following requirements in addition to any <br />requirements of the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department: <br /> <br />47. <br /> <br />The properW or business owner shall submit a complete list of all baT~vdous and <br />combustible materials, including solids, liquids and gases, including biologics, to the Fire <br />Chief at least two weeks prior to submitting the building permit/tenant improvement <br />permit plan set. Tt~e list shall include all materials with technical and common names, <br />the maximum amoums to be stored, the materials' Fire Code classification for the <br />materials, whether the materials will be stored or used in an open or closed enviromnem, <br />and the Material Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous materials. <br /> <br />48. <br /> <br />A hazardous materials management plan shall be prepared pursuant to the City's <br />Hazardous Materials Ordinance and the Uniform Fire Code. The plan shall be submitted <br />to the Fire Chief at least two weeks prior to the building's occupancy. <br /> <br />49. <br /> <br />The property or business owner shall submit to the Fire Chief calculations which show <br />the concentration oftha worst-case spill from the most toxic and/or hazardous material <br />released at the point of discharge to the atmosphere. The discharge calculation shall <br />show the percentage of the "Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health" (iDLH) <br />concentration limit that is being released, to show the maximum exposure level that could <br />possibly be discharged from this l:acility. If this level is unacceptable in terms of risk to <br />the public's health mad safety, a scrubber for the ventilation system shall be installed, <br />subject to the review and approval of the Fire Chief and Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br />50. <br /> <br />All hazardous materials including solids, liquids, and gases, in eitlxer the pure, processed, <br />or waste state, shall be used and stored inside the building covered by this development <br />plan approval. <br /> <br />51. <br /> <br />NFPA placards indicating the relative hazard of the facility shall be posted at all times at <br />the entrances to this building. The placards shall be posted in a location that is clearly <br />visible by firefighters. <br /> <br />52. <br /> <br />National Fire Protection (NFP) 704 identification shall be posted on and within the <br />building according to the City's "Hazardous Materials Identification Sign" procedures. <br /> <br />53. <br /> <br />The property owner agrees to adhere to the stipulation that there be <br />"no-voinntary-release" of hazardous wastes into the atmosphere or sanitary server, and <br />accepts the following terms: <br /> <br />a.
