13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />If developed residentially as described above, Parcels 1 and 12 shall be governed <br />by the Residential Zone regulations listed in Condition 7. <br /> <br />If not developed residentially, Parcels 1 and 12 shall be governed by the <br />Plmse II - Interim Open Space Zone regulations listed in Condition 13. <br /> <br />Allowable Uses in the Phase II - Interim Open Space Zone. The permitted and <br />conditionally permitted uses within the Phase II - Interim Open Space Zone shall be as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> (a) <br /> <br /> (b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Permitted uses of the A (Agriculture) District. <br /> <br />Public utility facilities, such as water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, <br />wells, and storm water conveyances and detention basins. <br /> <br />Construction and use of sound attenuation devices, such as ben'ns and/or walls, as <br />authorized pursuant to this PUD Development Plan. <br /> <br />Landscaping associated with required screening for any use. <br /> <br />As a conditional use, open space uses related to the mitigation of watlands and/or <br />archaeological impacts. <br /> <br />Allowable Uses in the Fire Station Zone. The permitted uses of the Fire Station Zone <br />(Parcel 13) shall be a fire station and associated uses. The location of the Fire Station <br />Zone shall be generally as shown on the Phase I Land Use Diagram. Its final location <br />shall be determined by the City in approving a design review application for its <br />constmction. <br /> <br />Allowable Uses in the Transportation Corridor Zone. The permitted uses within the <br />Transportation Corridor Zone shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Permitted uses shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(i) Public, multi-use mils, including staging areas. <br /> <br />(ii) Emergency vehicle access roads. <br /> <br />(iii) Drainage and other public utility facilities. <br /> <br />(iv) Landscaping designed as buffer for adjoining uses. <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval Page 8 of 49 Revised August 21, 2000 <br /> <br /> <br />
