Ordinance No. 1814 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES llEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves GHC Bemal Investors LLC's application for PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) Plan approval to develop approxhnately 745,000 square feet of <br />office development (in eight, four-story buildings) and 5,000 square feet of retail <br />space on 40.5 acres; 100 apartment units on 4.9 acres; 119 single-family detached <br />units on 12,000 square foot lots; 103 single-fmuily detached units on 6,000 square <br />fbot lots; 102 single-family detached units on 5,000 square foot lots; 101 <br />single-family detached units on 4,000 square foot lots; and 56 below-market-rate <br />duets scattered within the 4,000-, 5,000-, and 6,000-square foot lots; with <br />altenmtive locations possible based on future decisions concerning the <br />developability of portions of the Eastern Parcel, subject to the conditions shown in <br />the "Bemal Property PUD Conditions of Approval GHC Bemal Investors 1,LC" <br />dated August 2000, attached hemto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A starrotary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordi~mnce shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a special meeting of the City Com~cil of the City of Pleasanton on August 21, <br />2000. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on August 28, <br />2000 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
