As part of the program. HCD <br /> provided technical assistance related to the <br /> determination and authorization for needed <br /> repairs and the selection of contractors to <br /> perform the needed work. (*) In addition to <br /> funds allocated for FY 2004, HCD utilized <br /> approximately $90,000 in carry over funds <br /> from the prior fiscal year. <br />Allied Housing $11,000 $10,649 CDBG funds were used to provide case 16 2 14 0 1 3 3 9 0 0 0 0 0 1 <br /> (97%) management services for clients of the Tri- <br /> Valley Housing Scholarship Program <br /> (TVHSP), a collaborative program sponsored <br /> by Allied Housing and the cities of P1easanton <br /> and Livermore. A total of 12 households (6 in <br /> Pleasanton) were provided case management <br /> services through the program during the fiscal <br /> year. Ten (10) additional Pleasanton families <br /> were provided with followaup or assessment <br /> services. The case management component <br /> has become increasingly important as the <br /> Iprogram has attained stability. <br /> <br />
