The agency also completed one (1) paint grant, and four (4) major rehab loans were implemented. As part of the program. HCD provided technical assistance related to the determination and authorization for needed repairs and the selection of contractors to perform the needed work. (*) In addition to funds allocated for FY 2004, HCD utilized approximately $90,000 in carry over funds from the prior fiscal year. Allied Housing $11,000 $10,649 CDBG funds were used to provide case 16 2 14 0 1 3 3 9 0 0 0 0 0 1 (97%) management services for clients of the Tri- Valley Housing Scholarship Program (TVHSP), a collaborative program sponsored by Allied Housing and the cities of P1easanton and Livermore. A total of 12 households (6 in Pleasanton) were provided case management services through the program during the fiscal year. Ten (10) additional Pleasanton families were provided with followaup or assessment services. The case management component has become increasingly important as the Iprogram has attained stability.
