<br /> <br />pLEASANTONo <br /> <br />Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Hearing <br />Human Services Commission I Housing Commission Meeting <br />Wednesday, September 7, 2005; 7:00 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Ave., Pleasanton <br /> <br />At the meeting, representatives of agencies which received City of Pleasant on CDBG <br />funds in FY 2004 (04/05) will be given the opportunity to make brief presentations <br />(i.e., about three minutes per project) 10 the Human Services Commission and Housing <br />Commission regarding their respective projects. The presentations are intended to clarify <br />or amplify information which is not apparent in the statistics submitted by each agency, <br />such as specific accomplishments, successes or problems, or "human interest" elements <br />of each project. Agencies are encouraged to keep presentations brief to allow time <br />(within the three minutes) for any questions which Commissioners might wish to ask. <br /> <br />A general schedule and order for the presentations is listed below: <br /> <br />7:10 p.m. 1.
