CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1812 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18.106 (SECOND <br />UNITS) OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE RZ-98-02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 15, 2000, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 00:192) regarding <br /> mncndments to Chapter 18.106 (Second Units) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Chapter 18.106 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is mended to read as set forth <br />in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted lbr fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clcrk's office within fifteen ( 15 ) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be eft~ctive thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />iNTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on August 15, <br />2000. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on August 28, <br />2000 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
