35. <br /> <br />36. <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />Approval for the number, type and location of fire hydrants shall be subject to <br />the approval of the Fire Chief and the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Future trash euclosures winch arc sized to contain dmnpsters with an individual <br />capacity of 1.5 cubic yards located within five feet of combustible walls, <br />openings, or combustible roof eaves shall be provided with an automatic fire <br />sprinkler system. <br /> <br />Police <br /> <br />If required by the Police Department, the building(s) shall be equipped with an <br />alarm system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this <br />system shall be installed prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />The area of development shall be tested for strength and clarity of signal to and <br />from the area for City emergency services communications including but not <br />liniited to City 800 uinz trunked radio, Livermore-Pleasauton Fire Services <br />radio, Alameda County 800 mhz trunked radio, CLEMAR/Police Dispatch, and <br />the current police mobile data system, unless waived by the Police Department. <br />Expert opinions may be required in anticipation of communications difficulties <br />inside or around large structures. Mitigation plans of less than acceptable <br />communications shall be submitted to the satisfaction of the Police Deparnnent <br />prior to approval and shall be financed by the applicant immediately upon <br />approval. <br /> <br />En-ineerin- <br /> <br />The existing overhead utility lines across the project fromage shall be <br />underground with the first building constructed on the site. An undergrounding <br />plan shall be submitted with the site improvement plans for the first building <br />constructed on the site. Said plan shall be subject to the review and approval of <br />the City Engineer and Planning Director prior to the issuance ol' any building <br />permits. <br /> <br />If the project is subdivided in the thmre, cross parking agreemems and <br />reciprocal access, maintenance, and utility easements shall be recorded over each <br />parcel. Prior to recordation, the applicants shall submit the wording for the <br />parking agreements and easements to the City Attorney for review and approval. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br /> <br />
