alarm system shall transmit zone information to a UL listed Central Station as <br />specified in the Ordinance. <br /> <br />60. As required by the Fire Chief. all sprinkler and back flow prevention Fire Department <br /> connections (FDC) shall be placarded with the address(es) it serves. The placard shall <br /> be submitted with the signage package for the site and shall have numerals on a <br /> contrasting background. All placards are subject to the review of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />Police <br /> <br />61. If required by the Police Department. the building(s) shall be equipped with an alarm <br /> system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall be <br /> installed prior to occupancy of the building. ' <br /> <br />62. All access restricting gates installed for this development shall be equipped with a <br /> remote control mechanism to permit emergency activation from the communications <br /> console at the Police Department. This shall consist of direct connection hardware. <br /> radio control. or other mechanism approved by the Police Department. All access <br /> gates shall be identified on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and <br /> the type of remote control mechanism shall be identified. <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />63. The applicant shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed <br /> civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures. <br /> including concrete21tned V-ditches. to protect all cut and fill slopes from surface water <br /> overflow. This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the Citv Engineer <br /> and/or the Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any buiidin~ <br /> permits. - ~ <br /> <br />64. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior <br /> to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this <br /> bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />65. The applicant shall grant reciprocal cross-access easements and maintenance <br /> easements over the two parcels at 7240 Johnson Drive. The easements shall be <br /> approved by the City Engineer prior to recordation. <br /> <br />66. The applicant shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels needed for public <br /> service easements (P.S.E.) and which are approved by the City Engineer or other <br /> easements which may be designated by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> Page I 0 <br />PUD-82-19-6M <br /> <br /> <br />
