EXHIBIT "B" <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> Case PUD-85-15-11M <br /> 8023 Golden Eagle Way <br /> <br />This approval is for the setbacks as shown on the site plan, Exhibit "A" (dated "Received <br />September 29, 1999"), on file with the Planning Depanrnent except as modified by the <br />following conditions. <br /> <br />The fi'ont yard and northem side yard setback reduction shall apply only for the subject <br />house plan and proposed addition on the subject lot and shall not apply to any other lot <br />within this development. <br /> <br />All other conditions of Case PUD-85-15 and subsequent modifications shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br />Any future building additions on this lot shall be constructed with a 20 ft. side yard <br />setback from the westem side property line and a 30 ft. front yard setback for the main <br />residence. Garages may be constructed to within 23 ft. of the front property line. <br /> <br /> <br />
