CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1800 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br />GARY MONZO FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO AN . <br />APPROVED PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PUD-85-15-11M/Z-99-235/UP-99-56 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Gary Monzo has applied for (1) a modification to an approved PUD Development <br />Plan for the Golden Eagle Farm subdivision, to allow an existing residence to <br />encroach within the front and northern side yard and (2) a modification to the <br />approved development plan to further reduce the northern side yard setback for a <br />proposed addition located at 8023 Golden Eagle Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD-LDR (Planned Unit Development - Low Density <br /> Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this application si categorically exempt from the requirements of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 27, 1999, the Planning Commission recommended <br /> approval of the modifications to the PUD development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on November 9, 1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the modifications are consistent with the General Plan <br /> policies and the purposes of the PUD ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-85-15-11M, the application of Gary Monzo for (1) a <br />modification to an approved PUD Development Plan for the Golden Eagle Farm <br />subdivision, to allow an existing residence to encroach within the front and <br />nonhem side yard and (2) a modification to the approved development plan to <br />further reduce the northern side yard setback for a proposed addition located at <br />8023 Golden Eagle Way, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
