65.) The applicant shall be responsible for the installation of the street lighting system <br /> serving the development. The streetlights shall be generally consistent with the <br /> PUD development plan. Approval for the number, location, and type of <br /> electroliers shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />66.) Street lighting for the development shall be designed and located so as to <br /> minimize visibility to the greatest extent possible. The proposed streetlights shall <br /> be designed to integrate into the rural character of the Rose Avenue area. <br /> Specifications of the proposed pole and fixtures shall be included with the plan <br /> submitted for tentative plan approval. <br /> <br />67.) Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject <br /> property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to <br /> the developer. This shall include slurry seal. overlay, or street reconstruction if <br /> deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />68.) The applicant's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City <br /> Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />69.) The applicant shall comply with the City's non-point storm drain run-off <br /> ordinance. <br /> <br />70.) The applicant shall label all on-site "No Dumping -- Drains to Bay" using <br /> City-approved methods and materials. <br /> <br />71 .)The applicant shall explore the feasibility of designing the on-site drainage system <br /> to incorporate a landscaped, open swale to filter storm water runoff within the <br /> planter strip on the north side of Rose Avenue, which would connect to the <br /> existing storm drainage system in Rose Lane and use the existing outfall structure. <br /> In addition, other design changes such as removal of the curb along Rose Avenue, <br /> concave lawn and/or dry wells on the individual lots, and other runoffreducing <br /> measures shall be considered, with information submitted in conjunction with the <br /> tentative map for review and approval. <br /> <br />72.) The applicant shall include erosion control/storm water quality measures on the <br /> final grading plan that shall specifically address measures to prevent soil, dirt, and <br /> debris from entering the storm drain system. Such measures may include, but are <br /> not limited to, hydroseeding, hay bales, sandbags, and siltation fences and are <br /> subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer/Director of Building <br /> <br />PUD-99-05 Page 11 Planning Commission <br /> <br /> <br />
