<br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: <br />I. Find that the proposed PUD development plan is consistent with the General Plan, <br />Downtown Specific Plan, and purposes ofthe PUD ordinance; <br />2. Approve the rezoning of520 St. John Street from RM-15 (Multiple-Family <br />Residential) and Core Area Overlay District to PUD-HDR (Planned Unit <br />Development-High Density Residential) as shown in Exhibit C; and, <br />3.
