All existing and proposed electrical shall be placed underground, including <br /> the existing 21kV overhead line unless otherwise approved by the Planning <br /> Director and the Director of Public Works. <br />110. The applicant shall provide architectural detailing in conformity with the <br /> comments presented by the City's peer review consultant, Cannon Design <br /> Group, related to the following: <br /> a. Provide more articulation on the belly band, or make it smaller; <br /> b. Reduce the size of the trim at all sills and around the windows; <br /> c. Add trim to the deck fronts to produce shadow lines; <br /> d. Consider planter and lattice to soften deck divider; <br /> e. Enlarge columns at porch elements; and <br /> f.
