<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 03-096 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7399, the application of North star <br />Construction and Development consisting of: (1) 19 single-family lots within the <br />l3.2-acre LowDensity area.~(2) a 12.4-acreHillside Residentia1f0pen~pace lot <br />(Parcel A) containing the existing Chrisman residence and associated accessory <br />buildings; (3) three commonly-owned open space lots (parcels B, C, and D) <br />containing about 4.7 acres located at 1944 Vineyard Avenue (Lot 23 in the <br />Vineyard A venue Corridor Specific Plan) and a portion of 2200 Vineyard Avenue <br />(Lot 22). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON AUGUST 19,2003 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br />None <br />None <br />Councilmember Brozosky <br /> <br />~~~~~ <br /> <br />D G.
