The project developer shall submit plot plans for each of the <br />residential lots showing building setbacks and a topographic plan <br />showing grading and drainage. Pad elevations, finish floor <br />elevations, retaining walls, easements, maximum height of the <br />highest structure, and the front, rear, and side yards are to be <br />indicated on the plan. Plans for custom lots are to be signed by a <br />registered civil engineer. All residential plot plans shall show <br />compliance with Sections 2907(d) and 700l2(d) of the Uniform <br />Building Code. <br /> <br />63. The project developer shall submit two (2) copies of the site soils <br />report to the Director of Building Inspection for third party peer <br />review and shall pay for such review at the time specified by the <br />Director, but in all cases before the issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />64. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building <br />Department on computer disk in a format approved by the Director. <br />Digitized information shall be submitted before requesting a final <br />inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural <br />information as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />68. All initial site improvements and house construction activities shall <br />be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Monday through <br />Friday.
