Ordinance No. 1789 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-99-06, the application ofBrian McGuire for Planned Unit <br /> Development (PUD) development plan approval to subdivide 7.37 acres into a <br /> nine-lot residential development located on Clara Lane (immediately south of the <br /> Lutz parcel), subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves Case PUD-99-08, the application of Kenneth Gooch for Planned Unit <br /> Development (PUD) development plan approval to subdivide 2.75 acres into a four <br /> lot residential located at 2756 Vineyard Avenue, subject to the conditions shown <br /> on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves Case PUD-99-09, the application of Clara Nevis for Planned Unit <br /> Development (PUD) development plan approval to subdivide 7.34 acres into a <br /> seven-lot residential development located at 2546 Vineyard Avenue, subject to the <br /> conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 4: Approves Case PUD-99-10, the application of Robert and Sandra Lutz for Planned <br /> Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to subdivide 2.51 acres into <br /> a four-lot residential development located at the southeast comer of Vineyard <br /> Avenue and Clara Lane, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 5: Approves Case PUD-99-12, the application of Frank and Lillian Jardin for Planned <br /> Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to subdivide 2.66 acres into <br /> a three-lot residential development located at 751 Clara Lane, subject to the <br /> conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 6: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br /> its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br /> in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br /> (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 7: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br /> and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
