All utilities required to se~e any existing or proposed development on-site <br /> shall be installed underground. <br /> <br /> 48. The project developer shall submit a re~ndable cash bond for hazard and <br /> erosion consol prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building Depa~ment <br /> pemit, if required. The amount of this bond will be detemined by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> <br /> 49. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved <br /> by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment pemit. <br /> <br /> 50. The project developer shall include erosion consol measures on the grading <br /> plan, subject to the approval of the City Engineer. The project developer is <br /> responsible for ensuring that the con,actor is aware of such measures. All cut <br /> and fill slopes shall be revegetated and stabilized as soon as possible a~er <br /> completion of grading, in no case later than October 15.
