Year 2025 Alternative C) Pleasanton intersection and roadway capacity enhancements - Existing <br />+ Approved Pleasanton Land Development~ plus regional 2025 development with buildout of the <br />Livermore and Dublin General Plans. <br />This traffic forecast included all of the Group 3 changes at intersections to reduce congestion, and all of <br />the roadway widening and extensions. In additional, this traffic model forecast assumes the extension of <br />Stoneridge Drive to E1 Charro Road and the construction of the West Las Positas Interchange. <br /> <br />Additional 1996 General Plan Roadway Network changes assumed over the next 20 years in this <br />alternative traffic model run: <br /> <br />Roadway Projects: <br /> o Stoneridge Drive extension to E1 Charro Road as a 4-lane divided roadway <br /> o The Las Positas Boulevard Interchange at 1-680 <br /> o Important note: This model run does not assume the westbound 1-580 flyover to <br /> southbound 1-680. This project will likely eliminate some freeway connections at the <br /> Stoneridge Drive Interchange and would likely increase traffic using the interchange at <br /> West Las Positas Boulevard. <br /> <br />1996 General Plan Roadway Network changes NOT assumed over the next 20 years in this <br />alternative traffic model run: <br /> o Dublin Canyon Way - not widened to 4-lane divided road <br /> <br />Significant intersection changes: <br /> o Bernal Avenue at Vineyard/Tawny - Install protected/permissive north/south left turn <br /> <br /> o Hopyard Road at West Las Positas Boulevard - convert the # 1 northbound through lane <br /> into a third northbound left turn lane <br /> o Santa Rita Road at Stoneridge Drive - maintain the existing northbound double left turn <br /> and three through lanes, and convert the existing #1 eastbound right turn lane into a third <br /> through lane <br /> o Stoneridge Drive at West Las Positas Boulevard convert #3 northeast bound through <br /> lane into a right turn only lane <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
