25. The applicant shall submit 3 full-size sets of construction plans (wet-stamped and <br /> signed), 2 copies of a site specific soils report if required by the Chief Building Official, <br /> and the completed Building Permit Questionnaire to the Building Department, along with <br /> the necessary fees, to initiate the City's plan check process. <br /> <br />26. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br /> City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation <br /> meters. <br /> <br />27. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br /> in a format approved by the Chief Building Official. Digitized information shall be <br /> submitted before requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and <br /> architectural information as approved by the Chief Building Official. <br /> <br />FIRE <br /> <br /> 28. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 <br /> of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />29. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br />ENGINEERING <br /> <br />30. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for construction hazard prior to <br /> issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will <br /> be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />31. All drive aisles shall be signed for no parking except in designated parking areas. <br /> <br />32. The haul route for ail materials to and from this development shall be approved by the <br /> City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />33. Any existing wells on the site shall be removed or sealed, filled and abandoned pursuant <br /> to Alameda County Ord. 73-68, prior to the start of grading operations unless Zone 7 <br /> retains specific wells for observation wells, or special approval is obtained from the City <br /> Engineer for temporary use of an existing well for construction water. Any wells <br /> designated for abandonment or any wells, encountered during construction, are to be <br /> destroyed in accordance with a permit obtained from Zone 7. <br /> <br />34. The applicant shall include erosion control measures on the final grading plan, subject to <br /> the approval of the City Engineer. The applicant is responsible for ensuring that the <br /> contractor is aware of such measures. All cut and fill slopes shall be revegetated and <br /> <br /> Page - 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
