CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 1922 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CHARLES SCI-IW'AB & COMPANY, INC. FOR A PUD MAJOR MODIFICATION TO MODIFY THE APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-22-11M WHEREAS, Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. has applied for a Planned Unit Development major modification to modify the approved development plan for 6180 Stoneridge Mall Road to demolish the existing 8,500-square-foot building and replace it with a new parking area and landscaping; and WHEREAS, the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the PUD major modification application; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 19, 2005; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD major modification is consistent with the General Plan and purposes of the PUD ordinance. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the Planned Unit Development major modification to modify the approved development plan for 6180 Stoneridge Mall Road to demolish the existing 8,500-square-foot building and replace it with a new parking area and landscaping, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15 days) in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption.
