CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05-059 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ABANDONMENT OF SANITARY SEWER <br /> EASMENTS ON 7381, 7429 and 7430 PONDEROSA HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton approved Final Map Tract 7381, 7428 and 7430, Busch <br /> Property, submitted by Ponderosa Homes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in 1989, the City accepted a Grant of Easement for 10 foot wide Sanitary Sewer (Series <br /> No. 89-262828); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined easements Series No. 89-262828 is no longer required and the <br /> property owner has requested the City to formally abandon the easement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: From and after the date this resolution is recorded with Alameda County Recorder's <br /> Office, the easements described in the attached Exhibits A and depicted on the attached <br /> Exhibit B are abandoned and no longer constitute sanitary sewer easements. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD <br />ON August 16, 2005 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brozosky, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, and Mayor Hosterman <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: ~ ""-'~'~G.
