Attachment C <br /> <br /> City of Pleasanton <br /> Petition to Initiate <br /> Neighborhood Traffic Calming Process <br /> <br />Location of Devices: <br /> <br />Type of Device: <br /> <br />Please read the following information carefully as this device may impact your driving habits. <br />The iustallation of Device is proposed on Blank Road. Similar Devices have proveo to be effective in <br />reducing traffic speeds to 25 MPH along local streets in other cities. In response to complaints regarding <br />traffic safety and speed along BlankRoad, the City would like to install Device along the roadway to control <br />speed and improve safety. The installation of these Devices will allow residents to benefit from reduced <br />traffic speeds while the City studies any possible impact the Devices may bave oo emergency vebicle <br />response time. <br /> <br />We the undersigned, support the installation of Device as described above by the City of Pleasanton as part <br />of the Blank Road Traffic Calming Plan. We live within approximately 500 feet of the proposed Device <br />location and support the installation. We understand that there is no direct cost to local residents for tile <br />installation of this device. We also understand that these devices are intended to be permanent installations. <br /> <br /> (Signatures of 67% of all <br /> property owners within <br /> approximately 500 feet <br /> of physical changes to <br /> the street must iodicate <br /> their acceptance of tbe <br /> device in order for the <br /> City to proceed with the <br /> installation.) <br /> <br /> <br />
