Crossings, sidings, turn outs, slip switches, spur trac~8, 7ard. tracks, depot tracks and terminal tracks, and all the connections in c~njunctlon therewith, and such appendages and adjuncts thereto as said WESTERN PACIFIC ~AILWAY OOMPANY, its successors in interest and assigns, may consider necessary for the convenient use of the same along, ·cross and upon the streets, avenues, alleys, lanes, places, ~ourts, property, lands, places and route in the Town of Pleasanton, except as hereinafter provided in this Ordinance, as the same will be intersected, oecul01ed or encroached upon by · railroad constructed ·long a route in said Town of Pleasanton, the center line of which is particularly described as follows; Beginning at a point on the Northerly boundary line or limits of the town of Pleasanton on the South bank of the Arroyo del Valle, which said point of beginning is distant fifty feet at right angles Easterly from the Westerly line of the lands of the Hall Warehouse Company lying West of the right of way of the Oen- tral Pacific Railroad Company, and running thence South 44e ~' West and crossing Spring Street, Division Street, Railroad Avenue, Neal Street, A~ela Street and Abbie Street to a point in Main Street · distance of ~565.2 feet; thence on · curve to the right tangent to said last described line and with a radius of 57S0 feet and continuing across Main Street · distance of 6S6.V feet; thence on a tangent to the aforesaid curve and bearing South 50° 25' West a distance of 582 feet to the Southerly boundary line or limits of said town of Pleasanton.
