BACKGROUND <br /> <br /> The Stoneridge Business Center PUD was approved by the City in 1982. The PUD covers 91 <br /> acres along eastern edge of Stoneridge Mall, from 1-580 at the north to Stoneridge Drive at the <br /> south.
