Bernal Property Specific Plan Amendment. <br /> The £olloWU~ policy is added after Parks Policy 3 on page 3-21 of the Augusl 2 I. 2000 BemalPropeny Specific <br /> Plan: <br /> <br /> Puks Policy 3A: Preservation of Community Park Site. <br /> a. Thc 30-50 acre cornmm~ity park described in Parks Policy :~ shell he lo~ated within the area shown in <br /> g~e eross-hatchexl ar~a on the map atlached. That map is made a part of the Bemal Property Specific Plan. <br /> b. The City shall approve no land t~es that are incompatible with me of the community pad~ for lighted <br /> sports ~olds. outdoor nmphitheatr~s, amplified sound, and other uses typically found in a la,se comm~ park. <br /> c. The City shall adopt a master plan for the communi~ park in order that compatibility of proposed <br /> nearby uses eta bo compared with real plans for the community park. <br /> d. Development of the first phase of the commUmty park shall be given the ki~liest reasonable p'rimit~ in <br /> development of the Bemal site. <br /> c.
