<br />FISCAL IMP ACT <br />It is not expected that adopting an urgency ordinance to impose a moratorium on medical <br />marijuana dispensaries would have a significant effect on City revenues or expenses. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />City staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached urgency ordinance imposing a <br />45-day moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries to protect a current and immediate threat <br />to the public health, safety and welfare as set forth in this staff report and attachments. <br />:;;::::;~-f J;~ Ai~ <br />Michael H.
