THE CITY OF 4M <br />pLtiAS&NTON CityCouncil <br /> Staff Report <br /> <br /> July 19, 2005 <br /> Public Works Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 7156 <br /> AND TRACT 7158 <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br /> Staff recommends that the City Council take the following action at the <br /> meeting of July 19, 2005: <br /> <br /> 1. Accept for normal maintenance the water and sanitary sewer <br /> improvements set forth below for Tracts 7156 and 7158. <br /> <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: Tract 7156, Ruby Hill, is a 38 lot single-family residential subdivision <br /> located in the southeast area of the Ruby Hill Development west of <br /> Vallecitos Road (Highway 84). Tract 7158 is a 26 lot residential <br /> subdivision located adjacent to and south of Tract 7156. The Developer, <br /> Ruby Hill Development Joint Venture, is requesting acceptance of the <br /> public improvements (water and sewer improvements) for these tracts. <br /> All work on these improvements has been completed and is ready for <br /> acceptance by the City. All other public improvements within the Ruby <br /> Hill residential tracts have been completed and accepted by the City for <br /> maintenance. <br /> <br /> Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br /> Tracts 7156 and 7158, Ruby Hill, are located in the southeast area of the Ruby Hill <br /> Development south of Ruby Hill Drive, the second entrance into the subdivision from <br /> <br /> SR:05:194 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
