OI{DINA.NCE NO. 4~. <br /> <br /> A~ Ordinance Declaring Open and Dedicated to the <br />Public, Division SWeet, 35 feet Wide From the Easeely <br />IAne of R~ilroad Street, Easterly anti Across the West- <br />ere Division of the Central Pacific RsAl~'oad to the East- <br />erly line of the 100 Pe~t tttglf~ of Way Thereof stud <br />Thence to the Westerly Lane of First ~treet (80 feet <br />wide ), <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasa.nton does <br /> Ordain as Follows: <br /> Se~ticm 1. Whereas, there has heretofore been some <br />doubt as to whether Division street had been opened and <br />dedicated, Easterly from the Easterly side of Railroad <br />street, therefore, the said portion of Division street 35 <br />feet wide, Easterly from and extending the line of said <br />street as now opened and used from] Main street, Eas- <br />terly .to the line of Railroad street, and thence to the <br />Western line of the Western Division of th,e Cent~a.1 Pa- <br />cific Railroad and thence at right. angles to said road, <br />across the same to the Easterly lin~ of its 100 feet <br />right of way; and thence as laid down upon the maps or <br />the Revised Plan of the Town of Pleasanton. as surveyed <br />by D. D. Reaves. C. E., for J. A. Neal~ Dec, 1st, 1869 is <br />h~ereby declared a public street of the Town of Pleasan- <br />'t~n andl is hereby forever dedicated to the public to be <br />used and known as Division street. <br /> Sec. 2.
