Whereas, there has heretofore been some doubt as to whether Division street had been opened and dedicated, Easterly from the Easterly side of Railroad street, therefore, the said portion of Division street 35 feet wide, Easterly from and extending the line of said street as now opened and used from] Main street, Eas- terly .to the line of Railroad street, and thence to the Western line of the Western Division of th,e Cent~a.1 Pa- cific Railroad and thence at right. angles to said road, across the same to the Easterly lin~ of its 100 feet right of way; and thence as laid down upon the maps or the Revised Plan of the Town of Pleasanton. as surveyed by D. D. Reaves. C. E., for J. A. Neal~ Dec, 1st, 1869 is h~ereby declared a public street of the Town of Pleasan- 't~n andl is hereby forever dedicated to the public to be used and known as Division street. Sec. 2. This Ordinance shall be published once in The Pleasanton Times and shall take effec~ immediately after its, publication. On motion of Trustee Sinclair, seconded by Trustee Schween, the foregoing Or~]iuan,ce was adopted and passed on Lhe _!8th day of January, 1901, by the follow- ing vote: Ayes: Trustees Nevis, Sehween, Sinclair and Presi~ dent Lewis. - Noes: None. -~.bsent: Trustee .Reimers.
