Resolution No. 05-045 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> 6. The City of Pleasanton understands that the Surface Transportation Program <br /> and Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program funding for <br /> the project is fixed at $135,000, and that any cost increases must be funded by <br /> the City of Pleasanton from local matching funds and that the City of <br /> Pleasanton does not expect any cost increases to be funded with Surface <br /> Transportation Program or Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality <br /> Improvement Program funds; and <br /> <br /> 7. The West Las Positas Boulevard Resurfacing from Hacienda Drive to <br /> Hopyard Road will be built as described in this resolution and, if approved, <br /> for the amount shown in the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) <br /> Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) with obligation occurring within <br /> the timeframe established below; and <br /> <br /> 8. The program funds are expected to be obligated by September 30 of the year <br /> the project is programmed for in the TIP. <br /> <br />Section 3: A copy of this resolution shall be transmitted to the MTC in conjunction with the <br /> filing of the applications. <br /> <br /> Section 4: MTC is requested to support the application for the project described in the <br /> resolution and to program the project, if approved, in MTC's TIP. <br /> <br /> Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 21, 2005 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brozosky, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, and <br /> Mayor Hosterman <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATYEST: <br /> <br /> X-M~n 13.
