<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-94-SS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF BALCH <br />ENTERPRISES, INC. FOR RED BEAR, INC. FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-S7D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Balch Enterprises, Inc. has applied for development plan <br />approval to construct a single-story Office/video <br />production facility totaling 19,928~ square feet in area <br />at 5955 Coronado Lane, Lot 21C within the Hacienda <br />Business Park); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Industrial/Commercial-Office District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 28, <br />1994, the Planning commission considered all pUblic <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of previous <br />environmental review completed for projects within the <br />Hacienda Business Park; therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed <br />development, as conditioned, would be an attractive and <br />compatible addition to the Hacienda Business Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT ON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-57D, the <br />application of Balch Enterprises, Inc. for development <br />plan approval to construct a single-story office/video <br />production facility totaling 19,928~ square feet in area <br />at 5955 Coronado Lane, Lot 21C within the Hacienda <br />Business Park), subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />- <br />
