<br />EXHIBIT "c" <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />SECOND AMENDMEHT TO THE PHASE I AND PHASE I X <br />DEVELOPMEIIT AGREEMEIITS <br />PLANNING COMMISSION - August 31, 1994 <br /> <br />1.) Except as specified herein, all existing conditions and requirements of <br />Ordinance No. 1597, The First Amendment to the Phase I and Phase II <br />Development Agreements, shall remain in effect and in full force. <br /> <br />2.) Section 2. of the "RECITALS" shall be changed to read as follows: <br /> <br />2. Prudential retains 288.191 281.848 acres of undeveloped land, as <br />shown in Exhibit A, dated "Revised - Auaust 31. 1994" (the <br />"Property"), which are designated for further commercial, office, and <br />industrial uses. Prudential also retains legal interest in 79.372 <br />acres of undeveloped land which are designated for residential use. <br />Through this Agreement, Prudential intends to provide flexibility in <br />its future development of its lands designated for commercial, office, <br />and industrial uses with no further expansion of residential land uses <br />in the Park. <br /> <br />r r <br /> <br />....,.---~----'- <br />
