<br />Resolution No. PC-94-40 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />29. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far <br />as possible from existing residences and shall be emptied on <br />a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />30. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other <br />vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the <br />construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from <br />the site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />Fire Department Requirements <br /> <br />31. The developer shall install address signs that are visible <br />from the street, clearly indicating that two separate units <br />exist on the parcel. <br /> <br />32. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />33. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of <br />construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />34. All roads on the site are designated as fire apparatus access <br />roads by the Fire Chief and must be maintained in accordance <br />with section 2.01 of the Uniform Fire Code and be accessible <br />at all times from the start of construction until the project <br />is completed. <br /> <br />Enqineerinq Requirements <br /> <br />35. Residence "A", residence"B", and the main horse barns shall be <br />joined to the new infrastructure systems (water, sanitary <br />sewer, storm drain, underground power, etc.) at the <br />applicant I s expense once these utilities are available through <br />development of the first phase of the Oak Tree Farm <br />development. <br />[NOTE: The first phase is assumed to be Tract 6563, for which <br />a final map and improvement plans are now being processed.] <br /> <br />36. The existing septic tanks or holding tanks serving residence <br />"A" and residence "B" shall be removed or sealed, filled, and <br />abandoned, pursuant to the requirements of the Alameda county <br />Department of Health Services. Until that time, the septic <br />system may continue to be used with certification from the <br />Health Department that they are adequate to serve the homes. <br /> <br />37. Electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication <br />service, cable television, and any required alarm systems <br />shall be installed underground in a joint utility trench <br />unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Engineer or <br />Director of Building Inspection for on-site. <br /> <br />- . . <br />
