<br />Resolution No. PC-94-35 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />29. If required by the Police Department, the building shall be <br />equipped with an alarm system, the type to be approved by the <br />Police Department and that this system shall be installed <br />prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />30. All access restricting gates installed on-site shall be <br />equipped with a remote control mechanism to permit emergency <br />activation from the communications console at the Police <br />Department. This shall consist of direct connection hardware, <br />radio control, or other mechanism approved by the Police <br />Department. All access gates shall be identified on the plans <br />submitted for issuance of building permits and the type of <br />remote control mechanism shall be identified. <br /> <br />31. The developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard <br />and erosion control prior to issuance of a Building Department <br />permit. The amount of this bond will be determined by the <br />city Engineer. <br /> <br />32. The haul route for all materials to and from this development <br />shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance <br />of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />33. The developer shall submit an erosion and sedimentation <br />control plan or procedure as part of the improvement plans. <br />Grading completed prior to October 15 shall be revegetated and <br />stabilized by October 15. Grading completed between October <br />16 and April 15 shall be revegetated and restabilized as soon <br />as possible after completion of grading. No construction <br />materials may be dumped or disposed of on-site or into any <br />storm drains on or near the site. <br /> <br />34. The developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as <br />part of the improvement plans. <br /> <br />35. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction <br />on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction <br />of the City Engineer at full expense to the developer. This <br />shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction <br />if deemed warranted by the city Engineer. <br /> <br />36. The developer's contractor (s) shall obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the city Engineer prior to moving any construction <br />equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />37.
