PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-94-31 RESOLUTION DIRECTING STAFF TO FINALIZE THE PROCESSING OF THE MINOR MODIFICATION OF THE APPROVED PUD GRADING PLAN AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-84-S-4M, THE APPLICATION OF WESTBROOK HOUSING GROUP WHEREAS, Westbrook Housing Group has applied for a minor modification of the approved PUD grading plan for the Kottinger Ranch development located at the terminus of Hearst Drive and approximately 600 feet southerly of the terminus of Red Feather Court; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - RDR/OS (Rural Density Residential/open Space) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 8, 1994, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the city staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 8, 1994, the Planning Commission approved the negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-84-5-4M; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed grading changes benefit the project and help to preserve the natural open space areas of the Kottinger Ranch development and the Lin property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: section 1. Directs staff to finalize the processing of the application of Westbrook Housing Group for a minor modification of the approved PUD grading plan for the Kottinger Ranch development located at the terminus of Hearst Drive and approximately 600 feet southerly of the terminus of Red Feather Court subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit liB," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time. II "
