<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-94-31 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING STAFF TO FINALIZE THE PROCESSING OF THE <br />MINOR MODIFICATION OF THE APPROVED PUD GRADING PLAN AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-84-S-4M, THE APPLICATION OF WESTBROOK HOUSING <br />GROUP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Westbrook Housing Group has applied for a minor <br />modification of the approved PUD grading plan for the <br />Kottinger Ranch development located at the terminus of <br />Hearst Drive and approximately 600 feet southerly of <br />the terminus of Red Feather Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - RDR/OS (Rural Density Residential/open <br />Space) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 8, 1994, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />city staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 8, 1994, the Planning Commission <br />approved the negative declaration prepared for Case <br />PUD-84-5-4M; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />grading changes benefit the project and help to <br />preserve the natural open space areas of the Kottinger <br />Ranch development and the Lin property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Directs staff to finalize the processing of the <br />application of Westbrook Housing Group for a minor <br />modification of the approved PUD grading plan for the <br />Kottinger Ranch development located at the terminus of <br />Hearst Drive and approximately 600 feet southerly of <br />the terminus of Red Feather Court subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit liB," attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />" <br />
