PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-94-30 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF WESTBROOK MODIFICATION AND CONDITIONAL PUD-84-S-4M AND UP-94-21 NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE HOUSING GROUP FOR A MINOR USE PERMIT AS FILED UNDER CASE WHEREAS, Westbrook Housing Group has applied for a minor modification of the approved PUD grading plan for the Kottinger Ranch development and a conditional use permit to allow the placement of excess dirt material from the Kottinger Ranch construction site to three sites located on the Lin property and one site located in the open space area of the Kottinger Ranch development located at the terminus of Hearst Drive and approximately 600 feet southerly of the terminus of Red Feather Court; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 8, 1994, received a proposed negative PUD-84-5-4M and UP-94-21; and the Planning commission declaration for Case WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Ini tial study dated June 8, 1994, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment.
