<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-94-30 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />APPLICATION OF WESTBROOK <br />MODIFICATION AND CONDITIONAL <br />PUD-84-S-4M AND UP-94-21 <br /> <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />HOUSING GROUP FOR A MINOR <br />USE PERMIT AS FILED UNDER CASE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Westbrook Housing Group has applied for a minor <br />modification of the approved PUD grading plan for the <br />Kottinger Ranch development and a conditional use permit <br />to allow the placement of excess dirt material from the <br />Kottinger Ranch construction site to three sites located <br />on the Lin property and one site located in the open <br />space area of the Kottinger Ranch development located at <br />the terminus of Hearst Drive and approximately 600 feet <br />southerly of the terminus of Red Feather Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 8, 1994, <br />received a proposed negative <br />PUD-84-5-4M and UP-94-21; and <br /> <br />the Planning commission <br />declaration for Case <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Ini tial study dated June 8, 1994, and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the <br />proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br />effects on the environment. <br />
