<br />Resolution No. PC-94-29 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-82-13-3M, the <br />application of Tony Chan for a major modification to <br />modify the governing PUD development plan to allow for <br />the removal of four (4) heritage size (100+ feet) <br />eucalyptus trees on the subject site located at 1 Deer <br />Oaks Drive, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit <br />"B," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
