The proposed use shall conform substantially to the project description, written narrative, site plan, and floor plan, Exhibit "A", dated "Received April 11, 1994" on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. 2. The applicant shall city permits for commencement of the obtain all building and other applicable the use and structure prior to the use. 3. If the operation of the use results in major conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said conditional use permit. 4. The hours of operation of the proposed use shall be limited to Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 5. This use permit is not transferrable to another address. A new application must be made if the applicant relocates to another site. 6. No signage for the business is approved as part of this application. Any signage shall be submitted to the zoning Administrator for consideration under separate application. 7. All work shall be conducted indoors. 8. The applicant shall direct his employees and students to park in marked parking spaces. {end} II II
