The proposed use shall conform substantially to the project <br />description, written narrative, site plan, and floor plan, <br />Exhibit "A", dated "Received April 11, 1994" on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The applicant shall <br />city permits for <br />commencement of the <br /> <br />obtain all building and other applicable <br />the use and structure prior to the <br />use. <br /> <br />3. If the operation of the use results in major conflicts <br />pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at <br />the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use <br />permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for <br />subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the <br />Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to <br />mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />4. The hours of operation of the proposed use shall be limited to <br />Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />5. This use permit is not transferrable to another address. A new <br />application must be made if the applicant relocates to another <br />site. <br /> <br />6. No signage for the business is approved as part of this <br />application. Any signage shall be submitted to the zoning <br />Administrator for consideration under separate application. <br /> <br />7. All work shall be conducted indoors. <br /> <br />8.
