Sufficient parking <br />and traffic capacity have been provided. The <br />conditions of approval will ensure that the <br />establishment remains within the standards of all <br />applicable City codes. <br /> <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br />The site's C-S (Commercial-Service) zoning permits <br />the establishment of automobile repair shops. <br />Granting a conditional use permit to Absolute Dent <br />& Detail to operate an auto body repair shop is <br />consistent with the City's ability to regulate <br />zoning as listed in Municipal Code section 18.124 <br />"Conditional Uses". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the proposed <br />conditional use, as conditioned, will be compatible with <br />the surrounding uses. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Approves Case UP-94-15, the application of Ian Cordle <br />(Absolute Dent & Detail) for a conditional use permit to <br />establish an auto body repair shop in an existing multi- <br />tenant service commercial building located at 3657 Old <br />Santa Rita Road, suite E, subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
