ORDINANCE ]NO. '29. <br /> <br />An Ordtna~t~e Prohibiting the 'Posting of Adver~|se- " <br />meuts, Advertising Placards, or any Other Kind of Ad- <br />vertisements on the Curbs, Trees, Telegraph Poles, Hitch- <br />ing Posts or Rails or Other Public Property of the Town <br />of Pleasanton, or On Private Property W'ithout the Con- <br />sent of the Owner. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the Town of l~leasanton does <br />ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. It ~is hereby declared to be unl.awful for <br />any person, firm, company or corporation, or their agents <br />to post any advertisements, bills, placards, or any other <br />kind of adverti~e:nents on the curbs, trees, telegraph <br />poles, hitch".ng posts or rails or Other public p.roperty <br />of the Town of Pleasanton; or on private property, with- <br />out the consent cf the. owner or owners thereof. <br /> Sec. 2. Any perton or persons violating any of the <br />provisions of Section One of th'~s Ordinance, shall upon <br />conviction, or a p~le~a of guilty thereof, be punished by a <br />fine not exceeding fifty ($50.00) or by imprisonment not <br />exceeding thirty d~ys, or hy both such fine and impris- <br />onment~ and all such illegal advertising is hereby declar- <br />ed a nuisance, and xnay be abated by any person. <br /> Sec. 3.
