ORDINANC,!] NO. '23. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance Establishing the Width of Sidewalks on <br />Certain DesCribed Portions of Main Street in the Town <br />of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasanton do <br />Ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. The width of the sidewalk on the Eastern <br />s:de of Main street between the northerly line of Neal <br />street and the southerly line Of Spring street shall be <br />Cwelve (12) feet measured from the curb line heretofore <br />established by Resolution No. 29 of the Town of Pleas- <br />anton, passed Febrl. ary 26th, 1895, by the Board of <br />Trustees. <br /> Sec. 2, The ~vidth of the sidewalk on the westerly <br />side of Ma~;n street betwee~ the North line of Rose avenue <br />and the South line of Division street, shall be nine (9) <br />feet ~t the north line of Rose avenue and twelve and <br />eight-tenths (12.8) feet at the south 1".he of Division <br />street, measured from the curb line as hertofore estab- <br />lished by Resolution No. 29, of the Town of Pleasanton, <br />~a~sed Febru~try 26th, 1895, by the Board of Trustees <br />and the line of said sidewalk so established shall be <br />rect between the points above established. <br /> ~e. 3.
