Resolution 05-039 Page Two Section 7: Chris Bourg is appointed as a regular member and Judith Matthew is appointed as alternate member to the Library Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2009, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 8: Kurt Kummer is appointed as a regular member and Teddy Kinzer is appointed as an alternate member to the Parks & Recreation Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2009, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 9: Philip Blank is appointed as a regular member and Jennifer Pearce is appointed as an alternate member to the Planning Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2009, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 10: Scott Tucker is reappointed as a regular member to the Youth Commission, which term expires on April 30, 2007, or until such time as he is replaced. Section 11: Jackie Bierre, Spencer Sussman, Sonia Talati, Alex Schlick, and Chris Bowman are appointed as regular members and Carl Schlachte and Udani Kadurugamuwa are appointed as alternate members to the Youth Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2007, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 12: Scot Giambruno is appointed as the Pleasanton representative to the Tri-Valley Community Television Board, which term expires on April 30, 2007, or until such time as he is replaced. Section 13: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
