ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> MOLLER RANCH LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> NO. 1995-1 <br /> (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br /> Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Mollcr Ranch Lighting and Landscape Maintenance <br />District No. 1995-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report, as directed by the City <br />Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of thc Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br /> The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, fuel transition <br /> zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the <br /> open space and designated landscaped areas, and the furnishing of water and power for irrigation <br /> systems, together with all appurtenances and incidental expenses within Tract 6618, City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br /> PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with thc City Clerk. Although <br /> separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report and are included in <br /> it by reference. <br /> <br /> PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br /> <br /> PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited parcel of land <br /> within the Assessment District. <br /> <br /> PART D- A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the amount <br /> proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br /> PART E - A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within this assessment district.
