ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> OAK TREE FARM <br /> LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT, 1994-1 <br /> <br /> (Pursuant to Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br /> Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Oak Tree Farm Lighting and Landscape Maintenance <br />District, 1994-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report as directed by the City <br />Council, pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br />The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, fuel transition zones (fire <br /> breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the open space and <br /> designated landscaped areas, and the furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, together with <br /> all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6563, and 6748, and parcels B and C of Parcel Map <br /> 6259, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br />PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City Clerk. Although separately <br /> bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report and are included in it by reference. <br /> <br />PART B - An estimate of the annual maintenance costs of the improvements. <br /> <br />PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited parcel of land within <br /> the Assessment District. <br /> <br />PART D - A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the amount proposed to be <br /> assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br />PART E- A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within this assessment district.
