 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 05-033 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF ANNUAL REPORT LIGHTING AND <br /> LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1993-2, BONDE RANCH <br /> (PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, the person designated by this Council as the Engineer <br /> of Work for Lighting and Landscape Assessment District No. 1993-2, Bonde Ranch, is <br /> hereby directed to file an annual report in accordance with the provisions of the <br /> Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22622 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AT A MEETING HELD <br /> ON MAY 17, 2005 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brozosky, McGovern, Sullivan, and Mayor Hosterman <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Da~,n G.
