ENGINEER*S REPORT <br /> <br /> BONDE RANCH LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br /> Philip A. Grubstick, City Engineer, Engineer for Bonde Ranch Lighting and Landscape Maintenance <br />District, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report, as directed by the City Council, <br />pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972). <br /> <br /> The improvements, which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> The maintenance and repair of street lights, designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, fuel <br /> transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees <br /> in the open space and designated landscaped areas, together with ail appurtenant and incidental <br /> expenses within Tract 6483, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> This Report consists of six parts, as follows: <br /> <br /> PART A - Plans and specifications for the improvements are filed with the City Clerk. Although <br /> separately bound, the plans and specifications are a part of this report and are included in <br /> it by reference. <br /> <br /> PART B - An estimate of the cost of the improvements. <br /> <br /> PART C - An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each benefited parcel of land <br /> within the Assessment District. <br /> <br /> PART D- A statement of the method by which the undersigned has determined the amount <br /> proposed to be assessed against each parcel. <br /> <br /> PART E - A diagram showing all of the parcels of real property within the assessment district.
