Resolution No. PC-94-16
Page 4

EXHIBIT B
Resolution No. PC-94-16
Conditions of Approval
Case UP-94-0S

1. The proposed use shall conform SUbstantially to the site plan,
written narrative, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated
"Received" February 14, and March 8, 1994), on file with the
Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions.
Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the
approval of the Planning Director if found to be in
substantial conformance to the approved exhibits.

2. The use permit approval is granted for a period of one year.
If at the end of the year, the Planning Director has found
that all conditions of approval have been complied with,
he/she shall grant a one year extension to the use permit.
Subsequent use permit extensions/approvals shall require
review and approval by the Planning Commission.

3. If additional uses or activities beyond that approved by the
Planning commission are desired by the applicants, prior city
review and approval is required. Details of such activities
shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who may approve
the modification if it is judged to be minor, or may refer the
matter to the Planning commission for a public hearing if
judged to be substantial.

4. That if, at any time in the future, it is determined by the
Planning Director that noise, emissions, drainage, litter,
storage, parking, traffic, excessive police responses, or
other issues associated with the proposed use are having
adverse effects on surrounding uses or the City in general,
this matter can be submitted, at the discretion on the
Planning Director, to the Planning commission for their
subsequent review at a pUblic hearing. If necessary, the
commission may modify or add conditions of approval to
mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use permit.

5. The hours of operation for vehicle pick-up/delivery activities
shall be limited to 8:00am to 8:00pm, seven days a week.

6.
