<br />Resolution No. PC-94-12 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Resolution No. PC-94-12 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-94-09 <br /> <br />1. The proposed use shall conform sUbstantially to the project <br />description, written narrative, site plan, and floor plan, <br />Exhibit "A", dated "Received March 4, 1994" on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. If any changes in the home occupation or additional activities <br />beyond that proposed by the written narrative are desired, <br />prior City review and approval is required. Requests for <br />modification of the home occupation use permit shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director. Requested changes may <br />require a modification of the use permit or, upon <br />determination of the Planning Director, a new use permit may <br />be required. <br /> <br />3. If the operation of the use results in major conflicts <br />pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at <br />the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional home <br />occupation use permit may be referred to the Planning <br />Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If <br />necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />4. The electrolysis shall be conducted as described in the <br />application letter dated "Received March 4, 1994" with the <br />following stipulations: <br /> <br />a. The hours of operation shall be limited to five hours per <br />day on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. Hours may range <br />from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. <br /> <br />b. The total number of clients per week shall be limited to <br />fifteen. <br /> <br />c. No signs are allowed in conjunction with the home <br />occupation. <br /> <br />d. All electrolysis appointments shall be scheduled to allow <br />fifteen minutes between appointments to ensure that two <br />clients are never present at one time. <br /> <br />5. The electrolysis shall be conducted in accordance with the <br />required conditions for non-exempt home occupations as <br />stipulated in Municipal Code section 18.104.030. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />II <br />
