The proposed use shall conform sUbstantially to the project description, written narrative, site plan, and floor plan, Exhibit "A", dated "Received March 4, 1994" on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. 2. If any changes in the home occupation or additional activities beyond that proposed by the written narrative are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Requests for modification of the home occupation use permit shall be submitted to the Planning Director. Requested changes may require a modification of the use permit or, upon determination of the Planning Director, a new use permit may be required. 3. If the operation of the use results in major conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional home occupation use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said conditional use permit. 4. The electrolysis shall be conducted as described in the application letter dated "Received March 4, 1994" with the following stipulations: a. The hours of operation shall be limited to five hours per day on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. Hours may range from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. b. The total number of clients per week shall be limited to fifteen. c. No signs are allowed in conjunction with the home occupation. d. All electrolysis appointments shall be scheduled to allow fifteen minutes between appointments to ensure that two clients are never present at one time. 5. The electrolysis shall be conducted in accordance with the required conditions for non-exempt home occupations as stipulated in Municipal Code section 18.104.030. . II
