<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-94-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THAT THE "REHABILITATION OF ARROYO DE LA <br />LAGUNA (LINE B/ALAMO CANAL (LINE F)" IS CONSISTENT WITH THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Alameda county Flood Control and Water Conservation <br />District (Zone 7) requested confirmation that the <br />"Rehabilitation of Arroyo de la Laguna (Line B) /Alamo <br />Canal (Line F)" is consistent with the City of Pleasanton <br />General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed meeting of February 23, 1994, the <br />Planning commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the General Plan goals <br />and policies related to Public Health and Safety (the <br />General Plan Land Use Element designation for the subject <br />site) and determined that the proposed project is <br />consistent with the City of Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Finds that the "Rehabilitation of Arroyo de la Laguna <br />(Line B) /Alamo Canal (Line F)" is consistent with the <br />City of Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2.
