<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-94-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO <br />AN APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-Sl-30-2SM/PUD-S9S-8-10M, THE HACIENDA OWNERS ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hacienda Owners Association has applied for a major <br />modification to an approved planned unit development <br />(Hacienda Business Park) for a comprehensive revision <br />of the Hacienda Design Guidelines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - <br />Industrial/Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 23, <br />1994, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, applications of this nature pertaining to minor <br />alterations in land use regulation are categorically <br />exempt (Class 5) from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission determined that the revised <br />guidelines will maintain the design integrity that is <br />currently found in the business park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-28M/ <br />PUD-85-8-10M, the application of Hacienda Owners <br />Association for a major modification to an approved <br />planned unit development (Hacienda Business Park) for a <br />comprehensive revision of the Hacienda Design <br />Guidelines, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit <br />"B," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br />
